The Webkinz Warthog is a featured April 2010 pet. Don't let the gruff look of those tusks fool you, the Warthog is really a gentle beast. Show this animal some love and it will love you right back. The PSI and PSF have yet to be announced.

This is some great news! Webkinz World has won About.com's 2010 Reader's Choice Award for Best Virtual World. I'm really surprised they beat out Club Penguin for the award, but they did and it is very exciting. Here is what About.com had to say:

After the most recent maintenance period, a new super bed was added. The Over The Rainbow Bed is now available in Webkinz World. Check out the picture below.

Ganz has officially retired the Webkinz Weimaraner as of February 26th, 2010. There will be no more Weimaraners shipped to stores, so the only stock that is left is whatever you find on store shelves. If you don't have one yet, then it would be wise to buy one.

The Webkinz Shamrock Dragon is an eStore-only pet that will be released in March 2010. The Shamrock Dragon enjoys flying around his Gushing Green Geyser while eating some Candy Clovers. Don't miss out on your chance to own this lucky dragon.

The Webkinz Rainbow Armadillo is, you guessed it, colored like an actual rainbow. From its tail to its nose, you will find every single color of the rainbow splashed all over this Armadillo. I don't think there has ever been a more colorful animal in Webkinz World. The Rainbow Armadillo will be released in April 2010.

The Signature Endangered Bengal Tiger is the first animal in the new Signature Endangered line. Be on the lookout because this Bengal Tiger is rare and doesn't make many appearances in Webkinz World. However, if you spot one and treat it nice it will be sure to become your best friend. Look for the Signature Endangered Bengal Tiger to be released in March 2010.

The Webkinz Ferret is a curious, but cute, little rodent. It's brown fur makes the Ferret a lot of fun to cuddle with. When not cuddling, or sleeping, you can find it munching on a Foot Long Feast or lounging in its Relaxing Longtub. The Ferret will be released in March 2010.
