When I was younger I remember there were a couple of toys that were extremely popular. People used to rush and buy the latest edition of the toy. One of these toys was a beanie baby. Maybe the beanie baby is still a popular toy. However, I remember when it first debuted and people collected them by the dozen. Then, they would anxiously wait for the next beanie baby to be released. The other toy I remember having some fascination with was pogs. Do you remember pogs? It was a toy you used to play games with during recess with your friends. If you ran out of pogs, you had to go buy more. For a while, it seemed like everyone was buying pogs. Today, all you seem to hear about it Webkinz.
What are they? And, why are they so popular? A Webkinz animal is somewhat like a beanie baby. However, when you buy it, you receive a code that gives you access to a virtual world. In this virtual world, your Webkinz pet comes alive. A kid can adopt the pet, name it, give it a place to live, etc.
Additionally, they can play games with their friends in this virtual world and win prizes. It is no wonder that this plush little animal has created such a fad.

If you are a Webkinz fan, you need to stay up on the latest news to know when new toys are getting released. Shoppers scoop up the new arrivals quickly, so it’s best to stay informed if you like to have the latest toys and accessories. You can ask at your favorite local store what new toys they have on order and when they expect them in. If you create a relationship with the sales staff, they may put some aside from you or at least call you when the shipment arrives.
There are also fan sites were Webkinz fans share information and shopping tips. If it seems like your town is always the last to get the new releases, maybe these networks can help you find ways to get the toys online or from nearby towns.
The Webkinz website is also a good source of information where you can learn about all the latest products. There is a chat room where you and your kids can talk all Webkinz, all the time. The real and virtual worlds have lots of cool products available. If you are looking for a retired pet the online auction sites are your best bet, but prepare to pay more.

Webkinz are small plush toys produced by Ganz since 2005, and not unlike Beanie Babies, stores that sell them plaster their windows with “We have Webkinz” signs. The first generation Webkinz do not have a “W” embroidered on their paw, while all the newer generation ones do. Webkinz also make trading cards.
You can tell when a new toy or fad is going to lead to something collectible by checking out auction prices on eBay. Brand new retail prices are around $12 or $15. Remember, there is a secret code on the tag that allows you to care for the pet in the virtual Webkinz world, so finding a retired pet with the tag and code still in place is a real treat and on eBay that can cost you an extra $10.
If you like Webkinz, collecting them and keeping the tags and codes in place is the best way to keep them valuable. When the toy retires and there is no other way to adopt a beagle, some parents and kids may be willing to pay extra cash to get one. Ganz is smart in retiring pets after a time as that can increase demand, and the addition of trading cards makes some collectors believe that Webkinz toys are a good investment.

A quick search online and you can have access to cheat codes for Webkinz World. If you enter these codes at the adoption center you can get large amounts of Kinz cash, free furniture and even free Webkinz.
There is a code (try it 115yuihd3) that you can try at the adoption center to get 100,000 cash. You may have to try it a few times for it to work. Once it works, don’t do it too often or you may draw attention to yourself and have your account deleted.
If you are interested in getting one of the more rare Webkinz like a sherbet bunny, love puppy or cheeky dog, there’s a code for that, too.
The most popular cheat code is probably the invisible Webkinz code. You need at least one lil’ kinz for it to work. Log onto your account and type in 117yur5hg as quick as you can, log off, wait two hours and if it crashes when you try to log back on it worked. Log on again and you will have invisible Webkinz, which eventually goes away, and all sorts of other goodies like new Webkinz, cash and various items.
Check back to the cheat code sites often as some codes quit working quickly. You can also try random codes at the adoption center and discover new cheats, but that can also draw attention to your account.

Like most online gaming worlds, there are cheat codes in Webkinz World that you can use to get fast money and free stuff. Beware before you use them, though, as your account will be deleted if you are caught cheating and you can be banned.
In the Webkinz virtual world, kids get virtual pets and learn to care for them. Kids need to get them food and shelter and make sure their pet stays healthy. Kids earn Kinzcash in different ways to buy what they need, or the extras they want. They can get stylish furniture, wallpaper, beds, clothing and even a castle for their pet. Since most parents use this as a way to teach lessons about the real world, cheating just doesn’t seem right.
It’s probably best to not share these codes with your kids, but in case you are curious and want to see what the cheat codes can do, or what you can get for an easy 100,000 Kinzcash there are websites where you can get the codes. Don’t use your kid’s real account, try explaining that they can never play with their Webkinz because mommy cheated and now their deleted. In this case, curiosity can kill the cat.

Webkinz are small stuffed animals that on the surface don’t seem different than other plush toys. Each Webkinz toy has a secret code printed on the tag that kids can use to login to the virtual Webkinz World. Here kids can care for their virtual pets, decorate rooms, learn about crafts, and even get some delicious recipes. Many important lessons are disguised as fun in this virtual world.
The Webkinz store sells everything Webkinz. You can get cute little plush versions of nearly any animal: cocker spaniels, raccoons, guinea pigs, arctic foxes, canaries, and even mythical creatures like pink ponies and dragons. They also make Lil’ Kinz, which are even more adorable.
It is important to note that some animals “retire” so better buy your favorites when you see them because they might not be around forever.
If your kid is really Webkinz crazy, you can buy jewelry, lipgloss, school supplies, trading cards, ornaments, figurines and even body spritz. You can get pet carriers to be cool like the stars.
Kids love these cute toys and you will love the lessons they learn as they care for their Webkinz. Webkinz offers a chance to join the virtual and the real worlds, to mix fantasy with reality, and they are adorable.

Webkinz World has received another new super bed, the Musical Maestro Super Bed, and it looks pretty sweet. The bed is shaped like a violin, or a guitar, not really sure exactly, and there are a bunch of other musical touches around the head board of the bed. Check out the picture below to see how the Musical Maestro Super Bed looks.

I’m not going to lie – I occasionally get bored and sneak Nintendo DS. I do not really care if it is a child’s video game. Nintendo DS is actually quite entertaining and I love when I accidentally forget to take it out of my purse and I am bored waiting for my doctor. Maybe I am immature, or I could have ADD. To be honest, I feel the same way about the popular Webkinz stuffed animals. Whenever the little kids are playing on the computer I always take a peak to see what the fuss is all about and part of me feels like I could be missing out.
It is no wonder I feel like this. The virtual world that Webkinz creates for kids is amazingly fun and interactive. The kid gets to adopt their pet and give it a name. Then, they get to choose rooms for their pet, add furniture, and accessories. They can even pick out clothing for the pet.
When they get bored with that, there are games to play with friends, and they have chances to win free prizes. They get all of this because I spent $15 on a stuffed animal. It really is not a bad deal.
