And how DO we contact GANZ and actually get a real responce? Oddly enough my daughter was finally able to get on and play a few weeks ago, and guess what? she had mail! from GANZ! letting her know that she needed to get another Webkinz or her subscription would run out!! well, we did, she adopted the webkinz…. and guess what? can’t log back on. In my opinion, odd.
