Well, I was just about to log into Webkinz World and I get a lovely message from Ganz informing me that Webkinz are down for maintenance.
It says "We're working on making our website even better than before!". I wonder what they are adding that was so urgent to take the whole Webkinz World offline.

It’s so frustrating! I got my nephew a Webkinz and we added it yesterday, but got “Please Wait” in the middle of the adoption process. We were finally agle to log in briefly this morning, only to find that he didn’t get a room!! It was only his 2nd Webkinz. Any thoughts on this?
The servers were so clogged on Christmas that I couldn’t even log in to get my Webkinz Christmas Gift.
Unfortunately, with your problem I would contact Ganz and see if they can help. I hear there customer support can be a little shaky though.
I hope the maintenance they are doing right now addresses these issues or I might be spending more time with my new KooKeys
I am frustrated too! I have 2 children dying to play with their Christmas presents while they are out of school. We didn’t have rooms for ours either. I hope Webkinz does not “charge” us for these days that we can not use their product. You would think that they would have better prepared for the Christmas rush.
