Well, Winterfest has begun in Webkinz World and I was all excited with anticipation to log in today until I got this message:
Ganz makes me very frustrated at times. They had to know that with all the new Webkinz users since Christmas that Winterfest would have a much bigger crowd. I should not have to wait in line to login to Webkinz World when Ganz knows the demand to play is much higher now. As a result, I haven't been in all day today because I refuse to wait in line. That is just me, I can't imagine all the frustrated kids that want to play, but can't login. Some people are reporting that they login, but then get kicked off in the middle of their session. Unacceptable in my opinion, but then again, maybe I am overreacting too.

I feel the same way I have 8 webkinz and can never play uninteruppted. I have lost so much webkinz moneies and prizes because of this. Take today for example, I won the sea stone (gem of the day) as soon as i got it it through me out of game ,gee thanks webkins. I can not find out who to get in touch with for these problems,but do find this very frustrating.
